Organic cured sesamum indicum (sesame) seed oil, Cymbopogon winterianus (Java citronella) oil, Inula racemosa (Indian elecampane) root extract, Hemidesmus indicus root extract, Cyperus rotundus (cyperus) tuberous root extract, Albizia lebbeck (lebbek tree) bark extract, Nardostachys jatamansi (jatamansi) rhizome extract.

How to use

Place the bottle in hot water to warm oil. Massage up and down over the long bones, and in a circular motion over the joints. Give extra attention to the feet, hands, and legs. Relax for 10-20 minutes, allowing oil to be absorbed, then follow with a warm bath or shower. Using the oil to wet skin provides better absorption. Massage daily for maximum benefit. Also recommended for oily skin with a tendency to impurities.
