Organic cured sesamum indicum (sesame) seed oil, cedrus deodara (deodar cedar) heartwood oil, pinus roxburghii (chir pine) oil, vetiveria zizanioides (vetiver) root oil, nymphaea stellata (waterlily) flower extract, vetiveria zizanioides (vetiver) root extract, imperata cylindrica (imperata) root extract, santalum album (sandalwood) heartwood extract.

How to use

Place the bottle in hot water to warm oil. Massage up and down over the long bones, and in a circular motion over the joints. Give extra attention to the feet, hands, and legs. Relax for 10-20 minutes, allowing oil to be absorbed, then follow with a warm bath or shower. Using the oil to wet skin provides better absorption. Massage daily for maximum benefit. Also recommended where there is a tendency to irritations, swelling, peeling and redness.
