Organic cured sesamum indicum (sesame) seed oil, Cymbopogon schoenanthus (lemongrass) oil, Withania somnifera (ashwagandha) root extract, Mimosa pudica (sensitive plant) whole plant extract, Sida cordifolia (heart-leaf sida) whole plant extract, Convolvulus pluricaulis (dwarf morning glory) whole plant extract.

How to use

Place the bottle in hot water to warm oil. Massage up and down over the long bones, and in a circular motion over the joints. Give extra attention to the feet, hands, and legs. Relax for 10-20 minutes, allowing oil to be absorbed, then follow with a warm bath or shower. Using the oil to wet skin provides better absorption. Massage daily for maximum benefit. Also recommended where there is a tendency to roughness and tension – and also as a soothing foot massage before going to sleep.
